All important non-academic facilities are housed in the newly opened Student Centre. There is also the center of all social activities of the university, the Students’ Union.

The subsidiary campus in Essex specializes in the study of health and nursing. Three laboratories equipped with digital X-ray technology were modeled on hospital wards. This offers students on the Havering Campus an authentic and professional learning and research environment.
