No Yoga: How to Make and What are Its Benefits?

If you’re looking to get the body healthy and in shape, but I still can’t reach your goal, although experience all the exercises in the gym and in other places, perhaps it’s time to get back to basics-yoga!

A complete yoga session offers you asanas/poses, breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation. However, there are some types of Yoga that are all about meditation and healing. These types include Zen meditation, yoga, yoga Nothing Maha etc.

No yoga is one such type of yoga that is also referred to as ‘ meditation ‘. It is divided into 2 parts-and Ahata Anahata. Anahata refers to the inner aspect, while Ahata refers to the external aspect of Anything yoga according to INVESTTOPS.

Nothing types Yoga

There are 4 types of Nada yoga:

  1. Vaikhari which means the audible sound
  2. madhyama which means that mental sound
  3. Pashyanta which means the subconscious sound
  4. for anything meaning transcendental sound.

In simple words, no yoga means Union with ‘ self through music/sound. This is the preferred way to self-realization and can be practiced by anyone, regardless of one’s religion, caste or creed.

Steps involved in yoga meditation Nothing

To know about yoga meditation at home, follow the step by step instructions given below and get started on this new path of yogic meditation:

. Pick a place in your home where you can sit and practice Anything yoga. The location must be quiet and away from the worldly disorders. Choose a yoga mat or a piece of cloth that is termed as ‘ asana ‘ meant to sit while practicing yoga/meditation. Sit on the yoga mat in a comfortable position with your legs crossed/Sukhasana, Padmasana, Ardha Padmasana or Vajrassana. Close your eyes and try to focus on your breath. Inhale and exhale deeply and completely. (Run prana dharana) Keep your hands on your knees and put them in the Dhyana mudra. This increases their concentration levels and helps in generating positive energy around you. To begin the session, you can start by putting in a calm and relaxing music. The music must be soothing, serene and divine. It must have the power to heal. Choose the right type of music is very important. Avoid loud music. The music must be fundamental and should not contain words. Focus your attention on the music and try to dive into it. All you can hear is the sound, deeper and deeper. Gradually change your music/sound focus towards your internal sound/subtle. Relax your mind, body and soul and rest your body into a State of deep meditation. Remain in this State for as long as I can. There is no specific deadline for meditation. The release from the pose, open your eyes slowly, release the hands of mudra and put them in your eyes, in order to transfer the generated energy in your body. Repeat this activity every day.

Benefits of yoga: Nothing

No yoga has many therapeutic aspects. It offers several benefits for those who practice often. These advantages include the following:

  1. That soothes and relaxes the mind, body and soul.
  2. It strengthens your subconscious mind.
  3. It improves concentration levels.
  4. Enhances’s ability to think.
  5. Develop an atmosphere of joy, happiness and harmony.
  6. Reduces anxiety, fear and aggression.

It’s time you forget all your worries and problems and try anything once yoga practice at home and see the difference it leaves behind magic in your mind, body and soul. Refresh yourself, rejuvenate your body and return to live every moment to the fullest everyday! Happy practicing!
