Meanings of CCTV

CCTV is the acronym of “China Central Television” that means China’s Central Tv, a public television station that is owned by the Chinese Government. The CCTV was founded on 2 September 1958 and is headquartered in Beijing. Is one of the largest communication companies in Asia.

The CCTV has more than 20 television channels aimed at different audiences. CCTV-1 is the generalist channel and the main transmitting information, entertainment and fiction.

The closed circuit television consists of a television system consists of cameras located at specific points in order to record and transmit images to one or more local or remote displays.

The CCTV is used with the main objective to monitor certain spaces, which can be private or public (schools, banks, etc.) or even to monitor forest areas.
